Free Shipping

Aquapeutics offers free freight shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). No minimum order, no hidden fees — free shipping is included on every product we sell.


Processing & Transit Times

Orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Transit time after pickup by the freight carrier is typically 5–10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Freight Delivery — What to Expect

All Aquapeutics products ship via motor freight carrier on pallets. These are large, heavy shipments — steam showers typically arrive in 2–3 crates weighing 500–1,100 lbs total. Please read the following carefully before your delivery date.

Curbside Delivery

Standard delivery is curbside — the freight carrier will bring the shipment to the curb or end of your driveway. The driver is not responsible for moving the unit into your home. You must arrange for sufficient help to move the crates from the curb to your installation location before the delivery date.

Inside Delivery & White Glove Service

Inside delivery and white glove placement services are available for an additional fee. Contact us at (800) 290-6812 before placing your order to arrange these services.

Inspecting Your Delivery — Critical

Before signing the delivery receipt, carefully inspect every crate and box for visible damage. This step is essential — do not skip it.

  • If any damage is visible, write "damaged" clearly on the delivery receipt before signing
  • Take photos of all damage before the driver leaves
  • Contact us within 48 hours at (800) 290-6812 or info@aquapeutics.com with your photos and order number
  • Do not sign a clean receipt for a visibly damaged shipment — we cannot file a damage claim or replace parts without a noted delivery receipt

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available from our Palmer, MA warehouse if you prefer to save on shipping and arrange your own transport. Please note:

  • A $99 service fee applies to all local pickups
  • Massachusetts state sales tax of 5% is added to the order total for local pickups
  • You must bring a vehicle capable of handling very large, heavy packages — a box truck or large cargo van is typically required
  • Contact us in advance to schedule your pickup date and time

Canadian Orders

We ship to most areas of Canada. Canadian buyers pay an additional $299 shipping fee. Please note the following important information for Canadian orders:

  • The shipping fee covers freight only and does not include GST/PST, duty, import tax, or customs broker fees
  • Please consult a customs broker before ordering to determine the additional import charges you will incur at the time of delivery
  • We are unable to ship to Labrador (postal codes A0K, A0P–A0R, A2V), the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon (postal codes X0A–Y9)

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Aquapeutics purchase. If you need to return a product, please review our return policy carefully.

30-Day Return Window

You must contact Aquapeutics within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return. After 30 days, the transaction is considered a final sale and is non-returnable.

Return Authorization Required

All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) issued by Aquapeutics before the item is shipped back. Do not return any item without first obtaining an RMA number — unauthorized returns cannot be processed. To request an RMA, contact us at (800) 290-6812 or info@aquapeutics.com.

Return Conditions

  • All returned products must be in brand new, unused condition in their original packaging
  • Products are subject to final inspection by Aquapeutics upon return
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns
  • Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected
