By using the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to this Policy.

Aquapeutics is a family-owned manufacturer and retailer of luxury steam showers, saunas, whirlpool tubs, and walk-in tubs, based in Palmer, Massachusetts.

Contact and account details — name, shipping and billing address, email address, and phone number.
Order information — products purchased, order value, and related communications.
Payment information — processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full payment card numbers (see Section 3 and our Terms & Conditions).

Financing applications — if you choose Affirm, your information is submitted to and handled by Affirm under its own privacy policy.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Canada and other regions

We ship to the United States and Canada. If you contact us or order from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
