SHIPPING & RETURNS

These units will leave our warehouse within 2-3 days of payment. This item ships via motor freight carrier and will be delivered to your curbside. Please note that this is a very large and heavy item! You MUST be able to make arrangements to get this into your home. At the time of delivery please be sure to inspect the entire contents of the boxes to make sure there is no damage. Be sure to indicate any damage you find on the delivery receipt before signing. This is VERY important. We cannot replace a part if damage is caused by the shipping company and a proper claim isn't filed. Free shipping is to continental US only. CANADIAN BUYERS: PLEASE NOTE that the shipping price DOES NOT include gst/pst, duty, tax, broker fees etc. The shipping fee only covers the cost of freight. Please consult a customs broker to determine additional import charges you will incur at time of delivery. Please also note that we cannot ship to the following areas: Labrador (postal codes A0K, A0P-A0R and A2V) and the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon (postal codes X0A-Y9). Canadian buyers pay an additional $299 for shipping.

Local Pick-Up

If you would like to save on shipping and arrange for local pick up then that is fine. All local pick-ups incur an additional $99 service fee and Massachusetts state sales tax of 5% must be added to the total. If picking up you must have a vehicle that can handle very large, heavy packages.

Return Policy

Customer must contact Aquapeutics prior to returning the item to receive a Return Material Authorization. Aquapeutics must be notified of a customer's intent to return an item, for any reason, within 30 days of the purchase or the transaction will be considered a final sale and non-returnable. All product must be returned in its original packaging in brand new condition and is  subject to final inspection by Aquapeutics. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee applies.
