Local Pick-Up

If you would like to save on shipping and arrange for local pick up then that is fine. All local pick-ups incur an additional $99 service fee and Massachusetts state sales tax of 6.25% must be added to the total. If picking up you must have a vehicle that can handle very large, heavy packages.

We accept credit card payments, cashier checks, money orders and personal checks. You may use our secure checkout within our website, or we can process your order over the phone by calling 800-290-6812.

The purchaser of this product accepts full responsibility and liability for its proper use, operation and installation. The purchaser is responsible for any installation cost. This unit must also be installed by a licensed professional plumber, or it could result in the void of any warranties. The purchaser further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless of the seller, its officers and employees from any claims, actions, lawsuits, judgments or liability arising from the use of this product. By purchasing this item the purchaser agrees to the above conditions of this sale and absolves seller, its officers, and employees of any and all liability regardless of its origin in the use of this product. Aquapeutics reserves the right to substitute product components (faucets, jets etc.) based on availability. Replacements may differ in appearance but will meet or exceed the original parts standard of quality.

Refunds and Returns

Customer must contact Aquapeutics prior to returning the item to receive a Return Material Authorization. Aquapeutics must be notified of a customer's intent to return an item, for any reason, within 30 days of the purchase or the transaction will be considered a final sale and non-returnable. All product must be returned in its original packaging in brand new condition and is subject to final inspection by Aquapeutics. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee applies.
